Dojo Research received grant funding from the Maine Technology Institute for our research project, Development of a High Efficiency Thermoacoustic Air Conditioner. The purpose of the project is to develop technologies that increase both the thermal efficiency and practicality of thermoacoustic (cooling with sound waves) devices for incorporation into consumer products such as air conditioners and heat pumps.
